Generation 1, Part I: Misandry Inc.

I waited quite awhile before I even thought about having them "reproduce".  Thank goodness for "same sex" hacks being allowed!  By the time they were ready for a little bundle of joy, I’d already expanded the house again.  Chastity and Holly were still climbing the Science career track, with Chastity trailing behind one or two promotions.

I wasn’t really worried whenever Chastity was away at work and Holly was left home alone.  She never caught anything on fire or left anything on the stove.  She would often paint until need desperation, though… that or read.  They didn’t have and still don’t have a TV.  Whenever I did temporarily add one, they never used it.  Instead, they enjoy shaking it to the stereo.

When Chastity finally did get pregnant by the magical means of hacks (I used the insiminator and, of course, made it a random chance of twins or single)… she walked up to Holly and congratulated her.  Which made me burst into laughter.  It was almost as if she were saying, "I don’t know how you did it, but good job!"  Silly sims.

Wow! I'm defying the laws of nature itself!

Eventually little Star Lex joined the household.  Yes, Star Lex.  I have taken to using a random name generator and it just loves giving me questionable sounding names.  Either way, she came out looking like a little radioactive grape.

Holly wasn’t too annoying… but then again, I kinda cheated.  I used OfB’s lock feature to lock the door.  I unlocked it whenever Chastity went off to work and the nanny was due.  It kept Holly from harassing the poor mite, as well as Chastity.  That whole baby obsession thing really drives me insane, even when I’m in a house where I can control everyone, there’s still some sim running off to bug the poor baby.

One time, Holly had the day off while Chastity had to work… so she snuck in some quality time.  Surprisingly, she didn’t hold the poor baby until need desperation.  Instead, she fed her and then promptly sat her on the floor and walked off.  Great parenting there, Holly!  Sheesh.  So much for maternal instinct…

Aww, what a cute little grape!

With the birth of generation 2, I’ll stop here.  I’m currently where Star is an adult in gameplay, so I’ve got quite a bit of backlogged things to get to.  Hopefully, I’ll be caught up by the next time I play the house (I’m hoping to get a bit more playtime in my e-mail and women’s rights lots)

  1. I just found your blog and am really enjoying reading your ISBI challenge. Don’t worry I check the LTW too, since its never mentioned that you shouldn’t. I also regularly sell the door to the nursery, which I figure is the same as locking it only with fewer clicks. :)
