Generation 4, Part I: A Trip to the Otherside

Luther and Adriana weren’t completely useless. They normally kept to themselves and spent a lot of time doing lovey-dovey stuff. They kept the place pretty clean. I was thankful for this, because Sadie’s pregnancy had an unfortunate side-effect. Anything she used broke. You could always trace her steps, as she left sparks and gushing water in her wake.
Thankfully, Guy could handle the fixing and Luther and Adriana were more than happy to act as the cleaning crew. They followed him around the house, cleaning up the aftermath. You have to love platinum sims!

Of course, poor Guy wasn’t exactly an expert repairman. So it was no surprise when he got quite the jolt from the stereo that Sadie broke for the fifth time. I was a little worried. Guy’s needs were dipping kind of low and that jolt nearly sent them over the edge… luckily he only had two, not three, needs in the red. Phew. A nice rest in bed and some food was all the doctor ordered.
It’s the first time I’ve had anyone in this house electrocuted. Chastity, Holly, and Star all fixed things without ever getting the shock of their life. I guess I was lucky.

What was I saying about being lucky? Yeah. As I mentioned before, Guy only works two nights. The one of two nights Guy is out taking care of his cult following… the ghosts plan an assault on poor pregnant Sadie. Chastity and Brooke took turns scaring an already very hungry and very tired–and eventually very stinky–Sadie.
She passed out three times and kept moving her lobster thermidor, never trying to eat it. When she finally went for the plate, she dropped like a log. I had it on Fast Forward and nearly missed it. By the time I hit normal speed, she was on the floor in the fetal position and old Grim was slinking over. I used Luther’s one action (as an elder) and had him plead for her life. They talked a bit and generally got on well… but it wasn’t enough.

Ooh, suspense! Was it a purple baby? Boy or girl? This is really going to mess with my head

What a cliffhanger! At least you let us know that she was ressurected alright. It’s not against the rules to just delete the tombstones is it? I didn’t think it was when I read them so that’s what I’ve been doing… Great entries, by the way, your isbi challenge has gone so differently from mine and has been so much fun to read.
