Generation 4, Part I: A Trip to the Otherside

Just an hour before giving birth, Sadie’s tombstone appeared on the floor and Guy stepped out of his helicopter and promptly turned into a babbling mess. He spun up wants to marry, fall in love, and resurrect poor Sadie. Great, a tick mark in accidental death and another in shrink visit. That baby had better be purple to cause all this fuss!

After Guy had a nice talk with the guy in white, I sent him off to the career rewards room. Paying the full 10k, I had him resurrect his former wife. So much for my one million simoleons…

Sadie was quite happy to be back and Guy instantly made a “call me” attraction motion. Oh, that’s right. They’re not married anymore. In fact, they aren’t even in like/love. Great, I’ve got to do that all over again because Guy wants to have a Golden Anniversary. I knew that LTW was going to jump out and bite me in the butt…

That would all have to wait, though. As I mentioned before, Sadie died with just an hour to go before giving birth. The whole scene with death took up almost the entirety of that hour. So as soon as she got over the thrill of being resurrected… she went into labor.

All I have to say about this was… man I am glad I got that career reward! I KNEW it would come in handy!

  1. Ooh, suspense! Was it a purple baby? Boy or girl? This is really going to mess with my head

  3. What a cliffhanger! At least you let us know that she was ressurected alright. It’s not against the rules to just delete the tombstones is it? I didn’t think it was when I read them so that’s what I’ve been doing… Great entries, by the way, your isbi challenge has gone so differently from mine and has been so much fun to read. :)
