Generation 5, Part II: One Mean Family Sim

Fed up with Adam’s crap, Sadie gives him what for. She’s not going to sit by idly while he poor husband gets bullied by some red-headed stepchild. She’s a Criminal Mastermind, for Wright’s sake! That’s right, Sadie… you tell that mean old Family sim who is boss! Geeze, I thought a baby would make him happy and while it brought him out of near aspiration failure, it sure didn’t help his attitude any. Picking on the poor elderly…

While they’re supposed to be caring for little Yuri, they decided to wage war instead. So poor Yuri is left on the floor, bawling his eyes out. He desperately wants a new diaper and all his grandma and father want to do is beat the crap out of each other. That’s some real good conditioning of a young mind, you two. Can’t you at least take it outside? Don’t you know how much this Glamour Life crap cost??

Despite the horrible care of his family members, Yuri makes it to toddlerhood relatively unstinky. He’s quite content to stay in his room, banging out unintelligble concertos or yanking the ear of his talking rabbit. Then again, that’s probably because he’s locked in. I found out that the nanny can go through any door, since she isn’t considered part of the household. Score! That means I can lock everyone out, Yuri in, and the nanny can still half-care for him. Oh, and no playing in the toliets… which are broke enough as it is.

I love reading about this family. They are so amusing! I’m glad they were saved from computer oblivion. Just one thing - Isn’t Hector some sort of uncle?

You’re right, he is! D’oh! I’m so horrible with family relations… he’s like… a Great, Great Uncle. I’ll change that. Thanks!

Wooo, another hilarious update on those wild and crazy Lexes! By the way, I think the name Yuri Lex is impossibly cute, and I also love his hairstyle - where did you get it? Love the phrase “for Wright’s sake!” Classic! Goodbye to Guy and Sadie — geez, I forgot they were elders, they looked so young. I must say you’re doing an excellent job with this challenge - I can never get past 2nd gen with ISBI. Yours is just so much fun to read about. Keep up the great work, and again, your pictures make me drooool!
