Generation 5, Part II: One Mean Family Sim
Despite the death of his grandparents, Yuri once again grows up with little problem. Well, except the fact that he seems to be following in daddy-dearest’s footsteps. No, bad Yuri! Stop tormenting your mother’s friend! You’re a Popularity sim with a LTW to make 20 Best Friends–how do you expect to do that if you’re pranking everyone?!
This will be the first or second time I achieve this LTW. I can’t remember whether or not I managed it in the Prosperity neighborhood or not. Either way, this is gonna suck. Yuri is gonna have one heck of a long run at college!
Yes, Sadie, we all know how much you hate Adam. He hates you too, in fact, I’m starting to hate you because there isn’t a moment that passes where someone isn’t shrieking. It’s mostly Adam. The novelty has worn off. Stop scaring the crap out of my sims before I send you packing. That’s right, missy, keep it up and it’s a one-way ticket to obscurity!
Apparently sim ghosts don’t take threats well. She proceeded to scare the crap out of Adam, Faith, and Yuri. I didn’t mind her scaring Yuri, as he had maxed his creativity on the piano a bit ago and just wouldn’t stop playing.
In an odd bit of circumstance, Yuri brings home his great Uncle Hector home from school. What? Hector is in college! In fact, he’s been sitting idly in the college bin for quite some time now. I had no idea the game would pull them from that. Guess I’ll have to put all those sims in a dorm to prevent creepy stuff like this from happening.
Sorry for neglecting you, Hector. I’ll get around to playing you, eventually. You know I love the chaos that Romance sims love to spread!
I love reading about this family. They are so amusing! I’m glad they were saved from computer oblivion. Just one thing - Isn’t Hector some sort of uncle?

Wooo, another hilarious update on those wild and crazy Lexes! By the way, I think the name Yuri Lex is impossibly cute, and I also love his hairstyle - where did you get it? Love the phrase “for Wright’s sake!” Classic! Goodbye to Guy and Sadie — geez, I forgot they were elders, they looked so young. I must say you’re doing an excellent job with this challenge - I can never get past 2nd gen with ISBI. Yours is just so much fun to read about. Keep up the great work, and again, your pictures make me drooool!

Hey there you are! I’m so happy to have found your blog again - and had an enjoyable evening reading up on the Lex family.
