Generation 6, Part I: ‘Cause I’m a Blonde–Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Yuri is the first sim I’ve had in a long time that had a somewhat normal University run. I still used the College Clock to speed up the Final Exam process, but it wasn’t as drastic as usual. He spent a lot of time chatting every single person he came across. By the time he graduated, he was two best friends away from his LTW. I could’ve got the two, but I was in a hurry for him to graduate.
He married former cheerleader, Amanda. Mostly because her features are primarily recessive. I’m still gunning for purple, oh yes! Will it happen? Here’s hoping. Anyway, Amanda is a Family sim–again–who wants to be Captain Hero. Her skills seem to be pretty “meh” and she’s not the neatest person around. Neither is Yuri… so getting cleaning points should be “fun”.
Of course, what’s a Lex update without a fight? I had Yuri invite every single person he could… and since he has a LOT of friends, there was almost a guarantee that some of them wouldn’t get along well. Case in point is the above picture. It’s kind of funny. I think the guy was offended that the girl would dare wear the same dress, though a different color, as his good buddy (the blonde girl). You can see the maid, off to the side, booing her obvious fashion faux pas. He’s serious about his fashion–why else would he wear a pink maid outfit?
I mostly took this just so you could get a closer look at the two. You can’t really see much of Yuri, but he’s basically a clone of his late cranky father, Adam. Amanda, in my opinion, is ridiculously cute. It’s too bad you won’t really get to see the adorable freckles I put on her. They just seemed to fit so well with her whole “look”. She’s so wholesome, and more importantly, not cranky!
Amanda is a Sweetie. Pretty blonde pigtails…so cute

Bwahaha! Oh, I’m dying. That whole Rock, Paper, Scissors thing cracked. me. up! I love your witty commentary, Mao. Awesome, awesome update - everything looks so lovely and the expressions and situations you capture in your pics are just superb. Amanda is definitely cute, yet not annoyingly perky. Yay for that! haha. Love the pic of her and Faith doing the school cheer. Good luck with that purple heir/heiress!
