Generation 6, Part II: The End of Purple

When last we left the Lex family, Amanda was pretty pregnant. She wasn’t a bad pregnant sim… except she made a few not-so-good meal choices. Seriously, Amanda, what part of the flies buzzing around it and the green funky waves didn’t you get? And what of Faith? Couldn’t she have at least warned the silly pregnant sim that the food is quite obviously rotten? Sims, sigh.

Despite her penchant for rotting food, Amanda survived her pregnancy. Unfortunately, she gave birth to another boy… but even more unfortunate… there’s not even the slightest sign of the founder Chastity. No purple skin, no black eyes, no nothing. This kid is 100% odd. Cute, but really bizarre. He’s got blonde hair! How is that even possible with all the black hair in the family? I guess that’s just the roll of the genetic dice. He also has green eyes… and I can’t remember anyone in the family with green eyes. Weird.
The random name generator has dubbed soon-to-be-TH-number-7… Max. That’s right, Max Lex. Is that short for “Maximum?” You know, like Maximum Lex! That sounds like a superhero name if you say it aloud. Maybe he’s Greek? Maximus Lexius! That could have totally been a Roman Emporer’s name.
Okay, I’m done… really.

Despite his name, Maxim–err Max’s baby and toddler days were pretty uneventful. That’s why I have only one picture of each! The only issue I had with him being a toddler would be his knack for escaping his toddler prison. Don’t look at me like that–it isn’t really a prison. I just lock the nursery door so he can’t terrorize the house like a mini-Godzilla.
Anyway, he kept finding ways of escaping… mostly due to the completely incompetant nanny. I’m not paying your old, saggy butt to hang out in the hot tub, woman! Get with the child-rearing! Sheesh.

WOOT! I was overjoyed to see another update from you, Mao! But then sad when I realized what the title meant. Bummer, dude. Max is really cute, though — wait, let me rephrase — he’s totally rad! Gnarly! etc. Heehee. I laughed out loud so many times during this update — I got a kick out of “Maximum Lexius”. I’m still snickering! Although I do like the name Max. But 6 grandchildren?? In an ISBI Challenge?? Oh dear. I hope the Sim Shrink won’t be visiting YOU in the near future…
