Generation 7, Part III: Four Teens and a Baby

Eventually the twins became teens, and rather stylish ones at that. Linux was the first to grow up; she ended up being Popularity with the ridiculous 20 Best Friends LTW. Sorry, sweetie, but that definitely takes you out of the TH running. I am NOT fulfilling that LTW anytime soon.

Unix was up next. As fate would have it… she’s Family. Thankfully, her LTW isn’t too insane–she wants to graduate 3 children from college. After this insanity, three kids is cake! She has pretty much all of Max’s features, whereas Linux looks a lot like Quinn, only with Max’s overall face shape instead of Amy’s.

Remember what I said about Amy totally ignoring her needs and me being caught up with cramming skills into Quinn’s head before her birthday? Yeah… Amy had a miscarriage. It’s part of the InTeen hack I use (which is used for the accidental pregnancy/birth control/miscarriage thing, I don’t like pregnant teens for personal reasons). She was pretty upset about it and so was I, because it could’ve been purple! I was a little relieved, though, too… because that would’ve messed everything up. Max wasn’t too happy, but he’s not the one that had to deal with the severe motive hit and constant crying for several days. Poor Amy.

Quinn grew into an adult and moved out in the blink of an eye. Thanks to the money order hack, she wasn’t living on the desert for long (The Lex house has over a million dollars, so 50k is chump change). She phoned the Matchmaker and paid her around 2.5k and ended up with the mailman, which mutual 3 bolt attraction. They got married and Quinn Lex became Quinn Reeves. He’s Popularity just like her, but I don’t recall his LTW. Anyway, Quinn isn’t far from becoming a General and her husband is in Law Enforcement. They live across the street from the Lex house.

Quinn had cheesecake twins Kylan and Leila. They’re pretty cute, but I must admit, their lives thus far have been pretty speedy. I probably won’t play them any further until I finish the ISBI challenge. They’ll end up as the way too young Great Aunts and whatnots getting off the bus with future generations, but I don’t have time to rotate houses and that’s just too tedious to blog about. So you’ll probably see these two in the future, if not directly!

(Note the hints of the Lex house through the windows!)

  1. YEAH, Mao update! I love that you have these pop up during the week when you’re busy so that we can get our fixes on a regular basis. Heh. So many cool things in this update — seriously CUTE kids, like Unix and Linux in their private school uniforms, and then Quinn’s kids at the end. Aww! I’m a sucker for that stuff. Maybe my biological clock is rearing its ugly head. Anyway, lurvely update!! I can’t believe Amy got pregnant again — that chick is doomed. And I’m very sad to see the end of the purple. RIP, Yuri. :-(

  2. Great Blog! I found your blog last week (thanks to the link at Mt. Geneva) and I spent the entire weekend catching up on the Lex family. (what better way to spend a rainy day than playing Sims and reading blogs?) I really enjoyed reading about your ISBI family. And the names are too COOL! Unix and Linux are gorgeous. Keep up the good work.

  3. Mao, I have a question - did you replace your default eyes? If so, where did you get them from? I’m looking for a decent set. Thanks!
