Generation 8, Part II: Burninated Nanny

Poor Unix goes into labor while her mother and husband are duking it out behind her! All that stress can’t be good for the incoming baby, who turns out to be a girl the RNG dubbed ‘Monica’–Monica Lex. For some reason, that strikes me as a name that would be present on a video of questionable morals.

Anyway, no baby picture, because I am a bad, bad simmer. She’s got green eyes and brown hair, medium skintone.

Of course, this new baby puts Max into platinum. Hooray! Grandchild number 6 achieved! Now he can be platinum and happy and wander around doing practically nothing but getting in my way. Wait, he was doing that before, nevermind. Lousy sim. He could at least wake up and celebrate!

There we go, now you can see her! Little Monica becomes a toddler without much issue, as I kept the nursery locked and the nanny on-call as much as possible. There was a lot of complaining and fussing at the door by both Max and Andre, but I knew their plans. They wanted to harass the baby, and in this house, that just doesn’t fly.

I unlocked it so they could play with Monica after she got all her skills, because Unix was much too busy being pregnant again. Plus, it keeps the toddler happy.

  1. I can’t believe your nannies caught on fire twice. That is so weird. I’ve never had that happen. Poor nannies =(.

  2. Oh lordy…that was hilarious! What is up with those crazy combusting nannies?? And I love your riffing on the random name generator’s choices for the Lex children. Bwahaha! And you’re right about the Reaper being totally hardcore. He scares me a little, too. Not a fun feller, that’s for sure. Although Andre seemed to get a kick out of him. Anyway, AWESOME update, Mao — I love love love the Lexes!
