Generation 8, Part II: Burninated Nanny

Amy wasn’t very happy, though. She was either crying over her low aspiration or losing a fight with Andre. Maybe she’s crying about the fact that Unix is expecting again. Once again, surrounded by dirty diapers and bottles! Don’t worry, Amy, you’re about to punch in your last stub on the timeclock ‘o life. Thank God, I’m really sick of you fighting with Andre.

Despite her crazy grandma and her unstable father, Monica becomes a cute kid who also enjoys rocking out at the stereo. It’s too bad I can’t control them, or I’d make them blow bubbles for their pictures. That’s just such an adorable animation! Good on Maxis for sneaking it in there with OfB. I also just found a set of female teen clothes I hadn’t run across yet, which were from Glamour Life Stuff. You’ll see it later on, when Monica ages to teen.

Eventually, Unix gives birth to baby number 2! It’s a boy with red hair and the RNG decides he looks like a ‘Hunter’. Hunter Lex… you know, we just won’t even go there. It’s a cute name, though. It makes me think of the silent and smart type (yet unmistakingly hot) from those annoying WB shows. More green eyes! At least he didn’t get brown hair. Once you have brown hair in a family, it’s incredibly hard to rid of.

  1. I can’t believe your nannies caught on fire twice. That is so weird. I’ve never had that happen. Poor nannies =(.

  2. Oh lordy…that was hilarious! What is up with those crazy combusting nannies?? And I love your riffing on the random name generator’s choices for the Lex children. Bwahaha! And you’re right about the Reaper being totally hardcore. He scares me a little, too. Not a fun feller, that’s for sure. Although Andre seemed to get a kick out of him. Anyway, AWESOME update, Mao — I love love love the Lexes!
